After hinting that more seasonal sounds would follow their "Summer Blaze" this past August, Animal Collective's Avey Tare and Geologist have shared another lengthy new track.
"Autumn Rites" is the B-side to the pair's New Psycho Actives Vol. 2, and it clocks in just under 21 minutes in length. The bandmates wrote, "We know it doesn't fully feel like Autumn in a lot of places just yet, so play this one outside to try and bring on the crisp."
New Psycho Actives Vol. 2 follows the pair's Vol. 1 split that arrived back in 2015. That effort saw Avey Tare and Geologist take a separate side of the single each.
