Following speculation that they had squashed their beef earlier this year, 50 Cent and the Game have now officially buried the hatchet 12 years after their initial feud, TMZ reports.
While both in attendance at Los Angeles strip club Ace of Diamonds last night (August 1), the Game took the mic to announce any ill will between the two rappers was a thing of the past. "I fuck with 50," he told the crowd. "What happened that shit was 12 years ago, ain't on that shit… Ain't nobody on that old shit."
Once a member of 50 Cent's G-Unit, tensions between the two started in 2005 following Interscope's decision to push the release date for 50 Cent's The Massacre back in favour of the Game's debut The Documentary. 50 Cent later denounced Game's affiliation with the crew in a radio interview on Hot 97.
The Game recently released a companion soundtrack for the A&E documentary Streets of Compton, while 50 Cent is set to star in the next Predator movie. Take in the Game's beef-squashing proclamation in the video below.
