In true 4/20 fashion, Geordie Sabbagh's Canadian Strain is the "Canadian Movie of the Week" on the Apple TV app and will be available for 99 cents beginning on April 20.

Canadian Strain follows Anne (Jess Salgueiro), a weed dealer navigating a post-legalization world who swiftly gets run out of business by the government — offering a jarring view about the other side of legalization. Head on over to the Apple TV app here to stream Canadian Strain and watch the trailer for the film below.

If you're thinking of honouring 4/20 with a movie binge, here are five of our favourite stoners on film.

Mac & Devin Go to High School
Can you really make mention of cannabis without including Snoop Dogg? Watch as long-term high school student, Mac (Snoop Dogg), befriends overachieving student, Devin (Wiz Khalifa), and introduces him to all things weed.

Pineapple Express
Weed, comedy, action, and of course Seth RogenPineapple Express centers on a process server, Dale Denton (Seth Rogen), and his marijuana dealer, Saul Silver (James Franco), as they are forced to flee from hitmen and a corrupt police officer after witnessing them commit a murder.

How High
Prior to his work launching a cannabis business that aims to bring more Black ownership to the industry, Wu-Tang Clan's Method Man starred in How High — a stoner comedy where two friends smoke the ashes of their deceased friend, who then comes to visit them as a ghost and helps them get into Harvard University.

Half Baked
Go back to the '90s with Dave Chappelle in Half Baked. Three friends come up with a series of crazy schemes to get a friend out of jail after he accidentally kills a cop's diabetic horse by feeding it the food he purchased from a munchie run.

The Night Before
It might be a "Christmas movie," but this stoner flick will have you in tears (from laughing, that is). Watch Ethan (Joseph Gordon-Levit) and his two buddies, Isaac (Seth Rogen) and Chris (Anthony Mackie), journey through New York City as they try to make it to the Holy Grail of Christmas parties.
