Winnipeg post-punks (and Exclaim! New Faves alumni) Fold Paper have announced the upcoming release of their debut EP, previewed today by new single "Idle Idle."

Arriving July 12 on Royal Mountain Records, the four-track 4TO is described in press notes as "ambitious and vicious." It includes previously released single "Nothing to Report."

New single "Idle Idle" was mastered by Greg Obis of Stuck and sees the quartet — fronted by Nigeria-born, Michigan-raised Chell Osuntade, and rounded out by Brendyn Funk on guitar, Rob Gardiner on drums and Mitchell Trainor on bass — take aim at support systems that fail you when you need them most. (It also features incredible use of the word "palter" in the hook.)

Listen to the distortion-drenched song below, where you'll also find the EP tracklist.

4TO:

1. End Zone
2. Idle Idle
3. Nothing to Report
4. Come Down Awkward

Pre-order 4TO.
