Just over a month from releasing the single, J. Cole has now shared a new video for "Middle Child."
The Mez-directed clip finds rapping the song in the woods while his immediate settings rapidly change. Cole is seen rapping from a red carpet before being surrounded by dead bodies, eventually going mud bogging with his boys in a Bentley Bentayga.
Elsewhere, he's seated inside a cabin with three heads mounted over his fireplace, with each trophy reading, "Your Favorite Rapper/This Could Be You/Ask for a Feature." You can watch the clip in the player below.
Cole recently performed at the NBA All-Star Game Halftime Show, which took place in his home state of North Carolina. He also recently appeared in 21 Savage's video for "a lot," and on Offset's solo LP Father of 4.
Cole and his Dreamville cohorts have also recently been at work on a new label compilation.
