If you love electro-leaning artists with fancy hairdos, then this tour is for you. This September and October, pop peers Twin Shadow and Diamond Rings will team up for a collaborative outing called the "Clean Cuts Tour" that will take them around North America.
The outing will last more than a month and will take the two acts all over the U.S. However, there's only one Canadian show planned: October 3 in Toronto.
In a press release, Diamond Rings mastermind John O'Regan said, "I'm really excited to be sharing the stage with someone as talented and unique as Twin Shadow. Between his clean coif and my own we'll finally see if two heads are better than one. Hopefully he lets me borrow some of his jackets!" Twin Shadow also promise to play some new songs.
The shows south of the border will give Diamond Rings a chance to promote his much-loved Special Affections, which came out today (June 21) in the U.S. through Astralwerks. The record also recently scored a long list nomination for the esteemed Polaris Music Prize.
Both artists have some solo dates as well, including at some Canadian festivals. See the full schedule below.
