It turns out Towkio's recent "Playin' Fair" team-up with Joey Purp was just a teaser to what the Chicago rapper has in store for us this summer. The Savemoney member has revealed that a new EP titled Community Service 2 will do us all some good next week.
It was confirmed today (June 30) that the seven-song release drops next Thursday (July 7), marking the first release from Towkio since 2015's .Wav Theory. Community Service 2 includes "Playin' Fair," and also finds the rapper sharing mic time with fellow Windy City bud Vic Mensa on "GWM."
On the production side of things, beats and sounds were proffered by Social Experiment member Petter Cottontale, Smoko Ono, Garren and more. You'll find the details down below, where you'll also find a stream of Community Service 2's "Tear drop."
