Though its physical release in't for a bit yet, Throwing Muses will finally release Purgatory/Paradise, their first full-length in 10 years, on December 3. Now, we get another taste of the album's 32 tracks with "slippershell."
The song starts with a deceptively low-key mix of acoustic guitar and Kristin Hersh's inimitable vocals. As could be expected, however, the dynamics eventually shift, with a loud, intense chorus.
