The Antlers have returned with their first new material in six years. The duo of Peter Silberman and Michael Lerner have shared "Wheels Roll Home," which you can hear in the player below.
"'Wheels Roll Home' is a simple song about the hopeful promise of reunion after a long time gone," Silberman explained in a statement. "It's that feeling of finding home in someone, eager and impatient to build a life together. It's the experience of waiting out tumultuous times, longing for stability someday."
"Wheels Roll Home" marks Silberman and Lerner's first music as the Antlers since 2014's Familiars. Last year, they treated their 2009 album Hospice to a 10th anniversary reissue.
Silberman released solo album Impermanence in 2017.
