On Sunday night (August 4), SZA headlined Osheaga Music and Arts Festival in Montreal — and that will apparently be her "last show for a while."
It's been more than a year and a half since SZA released her hit 2022 album SOS, and she's spent most of that time supporting it with tours and festival appearances. That time has now come to an end, as SZA tweeted today that she is "finally bout to get my life together."
That being said, it won't be that long before she's back on the stage. She has shows in Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates booked for November.
She celebrated the show by heading immediately from Osheaga to a Montreal club to watch Kaytranada (who was evidently DJing a set not listed on his tour schedule). SZA called it the "craziest set" and said that "no one is curating energy like him." Amapiano producer Uncle Waffles was also there.
