'Stone Temple Pilots' (album stream)

BY Brock ThiessenPublished Mar 16, 2018

Stone Temple Pilots are officially back, complete with new lead singer Jeff Gutt. For some solid proof, you can now stream their brand new self-titled effort.

The band's seventh LP — and first with Gutt on the mic — arrives today, and it marks the first since the deaths of both the band's former vocalists Scott Weiland and Chester Bennington.

"We wanted someone who would not only do our earlier songs justice, but would also write new songs and carve out a different path forward with us. It took some time, but we found our guy," Dean DeLeo previously explained of Gutt.

Meanwhile, Gutt himself said, "No one will ever fill Scott's shoes and I'm not trying to — he's a legend. But these songs deserve to be performed and people want to hear them. I'm just honoured that the guys chose me to help them continue to build this band's legacy."

We've already heard teaser tracks "Meadow," "Roll Me Under" and "Never Enough," but you can now hear the entire album below.

Stone Temple Pilots is out now via Warner.
