Philadelphia's Spirit of the Beehive have announced their first project in two years. i'm so lucky is slotted for a September 1 release via Saddle Creek.
The EP comes following the dissolution of a decade-long relationship between members Zack Schwartz and bassist Rivka Ravede, and much of its lyrical content follows the breakup.
"I don't know if anybody was sure we would continue doing the band. But then we sorted it out slowly and we just all wanted to get back to work," Schwartz said via press release.
Ahead of the release of i'm so lucky, Spirit of the Beehive have shared a music video for double single "tapeworm/natural devotion 2." Watch the video and check out the EP's tracklist below.
Spirit of the Beehive's last album remains ENTERTAINMENT/DEATH, which was one of our favourite albums of 2021.
