After earning a nomination for Best Original Score at the 95th Academy Awards for their soundtrack for Best Picture-winner, Everything Everywhere All at Once, Son Lux have announced their forthcoming EP Risk of Make Believe, which is out January 17 via City Slang.
After teasing new music on their Instagram, Son Lux shared the first single and titular track "Risk of Make Believe" today. They have not yet revealed any other information about the tracklist.
This EP marks the band's first new release since their work on the award-winning film's soundtrack. During this hiatus, Ryan Lott of Son Lux co-produced Kimbra's 2023 album A Reckoning.
