Shakira has announced a new album. The Latin pop star will share Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran — her first LP in seven years — on March 22 via Sony Music.

Shakira's 12th studio album, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, translates loosely as Women Don’t Cry Anymore.

The LP features 16 tracks, seven of which have previously been released. Those include singles “Music Sessions Vol. 53” with Bizarrap, “TQG” with Karol G, “Te Felicito” with Rauw Alejandro and “Copa Vacía” with Manuel Turizo.

You can revisit “Music Sessions Vol. 53," from which the new album takes its name, in the player below.

Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran will also mark Shakira's first full-length to be released on vinyl. Arriving on coloured wax, the physical editions will feature four different covers, including the shot of the star crying diamond tears seen above.

“Making this album has been an alchemical process," Shakira shares in a statement. "While writing each song I was rebuilding myself. While singing them, my tears transformed into diamonds, and my vulnerability into strength.”

Last year, Shakira agreed to a plea deal to avoid potential prison time after being accused of tax fraud for the second time in as many years. The artist deemed the claims to be "false accusations."
