Today, Radio Radio have given their fans a double dose of Acadian rap, since they have released both a music video and a new song.
The video is for "Boomerang," and it shows marionette versions of versions of the rappers dancing along to the thumping, electro-driven hip-hop banger from last year's Ej feel zoo. The puppets appear in a variety of miniature sets including a jungle, a fancy house with a circular bed, and a bath house. The clip, directed by Romain F. Dubois, can be seen below.
As for the new song, it's called "Unis," and it was commissioned by Unis TV. It takes a slightly more laid back, melodic approach to danceable hip-hop and is described in an announcement as "an ode to all French Canadians." It can be streamed or downloaded for free right here.
