The forthcoming "docuseries" centres around the artist's move back to the UK

Ozzy Osbourne makes a good point in wishing to not die in the United States as "everything's fucking ridiculous there," but getting paid to have your move back home to England become the subject of a new reality series surely doesn't hurt either.

Following the Black Sabbath singer's comments earlier this week, Variety now reports that Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne will return to television in a new "docuseries" titled Home to Roost, centred around their journey back to the UK.

Set to air on BBC One and iPlayer in the UK, Home to Roost arrives two decades on from The Osbournes premiering on MTV. Now, the forthcoming new production will "follow the Osbournes as they celebrate one of their most important years yet — with everything from Sharon's 70th birthday to Kelly's soon-to-be-born baby, Ozzy's tour, and of course the big move itself," per a summary [via Variety].

International broadcasts of Home to Roost have yet to be detailed. Last year, it was reported that a new Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne biopic was in the works, following A&E's BiographyThe Nine Lives of Ozzy Osbourne from 2020.

Ozzy Osbourne will release new solo album Patient Number 9 next week. Arriving September 9, the LP features work with late Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins, Red Hot Chili Pepper Chad Smith, his old Sabbath bandmate Tony Iommi and more.
