Kelly Osbourne had an unfortunate run-in with Starbucks employees over the weekend, leaving her with wet shoes and the not entirely dignified hashtag #PissedMyOwnPants. Well, if you've been eagerly awaiting an official response from the giant coffee chain, urine luck. (Sorry.)
A spokesperson for Starbucks issued a statement to The Mirror, verifying that the location in question (at W 27th St. and 6th Ave. in New York City) does not, in fact, have a customer bathroom.
"We are working to follow up with Ms. Osbourne to clarify any confusion," the spokesperson said. "There simply is no restroom in this store, and inquiring customers are typically directed to a store a few blocks away."
They continued, "We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding and hope to welcome Ms. Osbourne back for a beverage on us very soon!"
Here's hoping she consumes the complimentary drink at a location with an accompanying lavatory.
