Everyones most beloved/hated Brit poppers Oasis have announced their return to the road, and believe it or not, that road leads to Canada. In fact, it leads to a total of four destinations in our home and native land: Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Toronto.
Oasis have so far announced four headlining dates, which will mark the bands first live appearances in more than two years. The dates come in anticipation of the forthcoming seventh Oasis album currently being recorded in L.A. with producer David Sardy (Black Mountain, LCD Soundsystem, Jay Z).
No word yet on the openers, except for the Toronto where Ryan Adam and the Cardinals will warm the stage up for the Gallagher Brothers and co. at the Virgin Festival.
According to Oasiss MySpace page, presale tickets can be bought as of today at Ticketmaster and by using the password OASISNET.
