Brampton Four-piece New Design impressed on their debut album Far From Home back in 2015, and now they're back with some brand new material. The band have unveiled a new single called "Say You Want Me," and Exclaim! is giving you the first look at its matching video.
The track is a one-off that the band say marks a leap from their debut album, and does not "quite fit in with what we're writing now" — but they wanted to share it nonetheless.
"This song is about nagging thought, or regret, that you're in your day to day life and being able to finally come to terms with it," they tell Exclaim!
It was recorded with Mike Evola, and New Design will be heading into the studio with producer/engineer Anton Delost later on this month to start tracking a new EP.
In the meantime, check out what's new to Adrien Yiptong-directed video for "Say You Want Me" down below.
Tour dates:
12/22 Toronto, ON - The Cavern
12/27 Columbus, OH - Dollhouse
12/28 Pittsburgh, PA - Black Forge
12/29 Lancaster, PA - Beat Mountain
