Neil Young's Harvest turned 50 this year, and to celebrate the milestone, the artist has announced plans for an anniversary reissue, due December 2 on Reprise.

The Harvest 50th Anniversary Edition Deluxe LP Box Set — which is available for pre-order — contains DVDs of the previously unreleased Neil Young BBC in Concert and an unreleased two-hour film from 1971, plus Harvest outtakes, a photo book, poster, liner notes from photographer Joel Bernstein and the original album on 3LP and 3CD.

A preview of the set comes today in the form of a live version of "Heart of Gold" recorded on February 23, 1971, at the BBC Radio Theatre in London. The performance was later produced for television broadcast by Stanley Dorfman on April 1, 1971.
