METZ and Adulkt Life have announced a new split 7-inch, arriving March 4 on What's Your Rupture? Alongside the announcement, the bands have also shared METZ's "Demolition Row," the first song on the three-track single.

In a statement about the hallucinogenic, drum machine-driven "Demolition Row," METZ guitarist/singer Alex Edkins said in a statement, "It's quite singular. We've never sounded this way before."

Elsewhere on the 7-inch is Adulkt Life's "Book of Curses," which was originally written for the band's 2020 debut of the same name. Singer Chris Rowley described the track as a "belligerent satellite" for the end times, coming "like in a few weeks."

The split release is rounded out by "Ants & Lions," which clocks in at under a minute. In a statement about the project, Rowley said, "When you've made yr small space attack ship mostly from sharp sticks and dashboards and recycled fuel stuffs, METZ ship looks clean and tended for battles to come. Very happy to be sharing crew n rink with them."
