Having already shared one Exclaim! Staff Pick-certified album with listeners this year, Maxo has now announced his second LP of 2023 alongside details of a North American tour.

Following Even God Has a Sense of Humor, which arrived in February via Def Jam, the California artist will now deliver new album Debbie's Son on September 28 via his own SMILEFORME label.

The first song from Debbie's Son to arrive is the ZelooperZ-assisted "PlayDis!," which you can hear below alongside a video directed by Cleon Arrey and Max Allen.

A release notes that ZelooperZ is the lone featured vocalist on Debbie's Son, which features production from lastnamedavid, the Alchemist, Henry Was, Beat Butcha, Alexander Spit, Ahwlee and more.

Maxo will also take both Debbie's Son and Even God Has a Sense of Humor on tour in North America this fall, marking his first-ever headline trek.

Two dates on the docket come in Canada, with Maxo first visiting Montreal's Sala Rossa on November 21 ahead of making the trip to Toronto's Velvet Underground the following evening (November 22).

Find Maxo's complete tour itinerary below. Tickets for all dates go on sale Friday (September 15) at 10 a.m. ET, with further details available here.
