The Gallagher brother feud is a fire that never really goes out, but if you take Liam Gallagher's word for it, Noel has been trying to smother the flame. While he's out here "changing lives for the better," the high-flying bird may be calling Liam hoping to patch things up.
As per tradition, Liam took to Twitter to air out his grievances against Noel yesterday (January 18), saying, "Just had RKID on the phone begging for forgiveness bless him wants to meet up what Dya reckon meet up or fuck him off." Whether or not you think he's a reliable narrator, he's at least contemplating forgiving him which means something, right?
So far, Gallagher has gotten some not-so-sage advice from Twitter, including a reply from Blur's Graham Coxon that simply said, "Do it." Though we're not sure what side this means he's on, it's nice to know that we're back in 1995 again.
This follows Liam publicly calling Noel an "angry squirt" for blocking the use of Oasis's catalogue in his Knebworth '22 documentary. Noel also seems to be flip-flopping on whether or not an Oasis reunion will ever happen — while he said it would be akin to going on holiday with your ex-missus a few months ago, he recently told BBC Radio Manchester that he would "never say never."
