Noel and Liam Gallagher's mother Peggy was sick of the feuding between her boys last we heard, and we've now learned her reaction to their Oasis reunion plans.
Near the end of August, the brothers Gallagher teased their return and announced 2025 reunion shows in the UK, Ireland, North America, South America, South Korea, Japan and Australia.
It would be an understatement to call the international reunion run — which definitely won't suck — a highly anticipated one. However, the Gallaghers' mum isn't among those sharing the enthusiasm.
Speaking at the National Portrait Gallery, where one can currently hear a six-hour "Champagne Supernova" soundscape, Noel Gallagher said of Peggy [via The Sun], "My mum couldn't give a shit. My mum never gave a shit, never. You know what Irish mums are like?
"When we told her we were getting back together, she said, 'Sure, that will be nice'. That was it."
Despite the lack of excitement, Noel said they'll make the effort to have Peggy partake in the reunion: "We'll try and get her to Dublin."
