Ahead of sharing a follow-up to 2018's Whoever Comes Knocking, Kae Sun has returned with a new single. Hear the Ghanaian-Canadian artist's "Bright Lights" below.
Produced by Montreal's YAMA//SATO, "Bright Lights" is described by the artist as "a hypnagogic and lyrical exploration of desire and belonging," as the keys, strings and snaps build to a head behind wistful vocals.
"Bright Lights" is set to be part of a forthcoming EP and short film release, a similar structure the Montreal-based artist employed for 2015's Oceans Apart.
The yet-to-be-detailed EP and short film will follow the aforementioned Whoever Comes Knocking. Read Exclaim!'s interview with Kae Sun.
