Kacey Musgraves has been forced to cancel her performance in Toronto this evening, which would have marked the final date on her North American tour behind her 2021 album star-crossed.
In a statement this afternoon, Musgraves' host venue Scotiabank Arena shared that "vital production elements" of the country singer-songwriter's live show were "unable to arrive in time" for setup due to inclement weather.
In a respective statement, Musgraves specified that the trucks which house these crucial production pieces were unable to drive safely through the night, writing, "Without them there is literally no way to put on this show."
When it comes to refunds, Scotiabank Arena outlined that they will be "processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster."
