July Talk dropped their sophomore LP Touch earlier this year, spawning the hit single "Push + Pull." That track has now been twisted into a rework courtesy of DJ duo Pineo & Loeb.
They inject the indie-rock cut with their eclectic electro sound, spinning it into a slinky synth-fuelled jam that sounds perfectly suited to late-night (or early morning) dancefloors. Throbbing beats, eerily chiming bells and sound effects straight out of a thunderstorm give "Push + Pull" a dark, cinematic makeover, but those aren't the only additions you'll hear on the new rendition. Halifax-based rapper Ghettosocks also jumps in with a guest verse, packing in a little extra punch before the track fades out.
