After a five-year hiatus from the road, Heart have announced that they'll be making their way around North America for the majority of 2024 with Cheap Trick. Dubbed the Royal Flush tour, the legendary rockers have included a handful of Canadian stops in Ontario and Quebec in their plans.
UPDATE (4/2, 10:38 a.m. ET): The band have added a slew of new dates to the tour, including Canadian shows in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver in November and December. They'll be supported by BTO featuring Randy Bachman at these shows, with the exception of the Vancouver performance. Tickets for the newly announced concerts — which you'll find in bold below — go on sale Friday (April 5) at 10 a.m. local time.
"We're excited and all geared up to hit the road in 2024 to perform for our devoted fans," lead vocalist Ann Wilson said in a statement. "The exceptional talent of the band — Ryan, Ryan, Paul, Tony and Sean — brings a whole new level of energy to Heart's live performance."
Nancy Wilson added, "I am incredibly proud of the show that our band has crafted and am looking forward to reconnecting with our fans. We can't wait to share our music with everyone and celebrate the big electric energy of a completely live, on-the-spot rock show."
Kicking off this spring in Greenville, SC, Heart will traverse the US throughout April and May before taking a brief repose. They return at the end of July to join Def Leppard and Journey's co-headlining venture on July 30 in Cleveland, OH — as well as their Toronto and Boston dates on August 2 and 5, respectively.
The Royal Flush tour first makes its way into Canada starting August 1 at Ottawa's Canadian Tire Centre, with shows in Quebec City (August 7) and Montreal (August 8) to follow. Heart will complete the remaining dates stateside, with things currently scheduled to wrap up on September 22 in Morrison, CO — but Ann hinted that more dates could be announced in the future.
Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday (February 2) at 10 a.m. local, with various presales beginning tomorrow (January 30). See the full schedule below.
