Desire is getting ready for her long-awaited new album Escape on Italians Do It Better, and we're now getting another taste via the newly shared track "Black Latex," which arrives alongside a new video.
Led by Montreal's Megan Louise and Johnny Jewel, "Black Latex" finds Desire getting hella dark, dropping some spoken word Francais on us before some crushing wide-angle synths hit. The track comes with some equally eerie visuals, with Louise being shrouded in some blood-red video effects as the track plays out. That said, the song definitely still packs a pop punch and even includes some classic-sounding Desire synth strings.

Escape marks the first Desire album since 2009's II, which featured the Drive OST hit "Don't Call." The record is expected out sometime this summer.
