Vancouver indie rockers Girlfriends and Boyfriends released their latest LP Our Garden back in 2015, but the group have just treated that album's title track to a matching music video.
The jangly, new wave-influenced tune has been paired with footage shot by Wayne Moreheart, which captures the black-clad, sunglasses-sporting four-piece taking their music outside. They traipse around a park and down the beach, a couple of guitars in tow and — fittingly enough given the name of the song — plenty of fresh flowers too.
The band will be bringing things back indoors for a couple of upcoming gigs in their hometown, playing at the Astoria on September 8 with the Foreign Resort and at a TBA venue on October 5 with Koban and Screature.
