"Lisa Leslie" may have been one of our picks for song of the summer, but DijahSB isn't done soundtracking the season just yet. They've just shared their Tasty Raps Vol. 2 EP — chock-full of some fashionably late contenders.
The second installment of their Tasty Raps series is chill and effervescent — though lower-key than some of the rapper's more recent upbeat output. As always, their tongue-in-cheek bars remain, as they wittily navigate through themes of success, finances and mental health.
"Tasty Raps Vol. 2 is a dream come true given it is entirely produced by Clairmont The Second," DijahSB said via press release. "If you know him you know he's very particular with who he works with so it is an honour to have an entire project done with him. I approach a different sound here, a lot of my newest fans know me for more of the dance vibe. I enjoy rapping over what I like to call head nodders."
