Come Tuesday (November 11), it'll have been 96 years since the end of the First World War. Ahead of observing Remembrance Day, Coldplay are reflecting on the Great War via a stock footage-utilizing video for their Ghost Stories single "All Your Friends."
Scored by the low-key tune, the video presents shots of ground-locked trench warfare. Soldiers in gas masks are seen firing off rounds from the barracks, while troops on foot or on horse rush across plains. It also features pilot's-eye views of battlegrounds, and scenes of both surrender and celebration.
Accompanying the clip is the following dedication from Coldplay: "In memory of all those from all nations who fought in the First World War."
You'll find the solemn video down below. The band's Ghost Stories Live 2014 concert album/film arrives November 24 via Parlophone.
