Charlotte Cornfield Announces Canadian Tour

BY Alex HudsonPublished Feb 13, 2012

On the heels of her recent music video for "All of the Pretty Mistakes," Montreal folk pop singer Charlotte Cornfield is continuing to promote last year's Two Horses, this time with a Canadian tour.

Here in her home and native land, she'll be touring as far west as Alberta and ending the tour on the East Coast. The jaunt includes gigs with the Wooden Sky, the Weather Station, Hadestown Folk Opera and Rose Cousins. And while bulk of Cornfield's shows in the coming months will be in Canada, she will make one U.S. trip for SXSW next month. See the schedule below.

Meanwhile, Cornfield will also be promoting her all-female jazz quartet Takk, with whom she plays drums. Check out their album over at Bandcamp.

What's more, she's currently taking fans' suggestions for her collaborative, group-sourced songwriting project Charlotte on Demand. Get involved over at Facebook.
