Camp Cope are officially breaking up.
The Australian band posted on Instagram yesterday (February 7), announcing a final show in their hometown of Melbourne on March 11 before signing off "CAMP COPE 2015-2023." Drummer Sarah Thompson elaborated in a tweet, noting that there's "obv more to come" and "the music industry is a bin fire."
Camp Cope released their third album, Running with the Hurricane, in 2022, following 2018's How to Socialise and Make Friends. They came through North America on tour in support of their latest last summer, with headlining shows in Toronto and Vancouver alongside a couple of dates supporting Lucy Dacus.
