Self-described "junk punk" outfit the Beverleys released a three-song EP earlier this year, and now the Toronto trio are planning to cap off their successful year with a new single, plus a joint tour with HSY.
The trek with HSY will take place over the next few months. Most of the shows are in the U.S., but there are also Canuck appearances in London, Montreal and Ottawa.
Then, come December, the Beverleys will play a Buzz Records party with Greys, Odonis Odonis, Weaves and Dilly Dally at Toronto's Garrison. The Beverleys also have another Toronto show this week (October 9) with Not Of and Familiars. See their full schedule below.
As for the new single, it's called "Hoodwink." It will be out digitally on October 10, with the 7-inch — a split appropriately enough with HSY — to follow in November. Scroll past the tour schedule to hear that scorching track.
