Details are still developing, but rapper YG was reportedly shot early this morning (June 12) at a Los Angeles area recording studio and taken to hospital.
TMZ reports that the "Who Do You Love?" rapper was working at Studio City when the incident occurred. According to law enforcement sources, he was approached by a shooter around 1:45 a.m. local time and shot in the hip three times.
According to the report, YG managed to make it to his car, with someone from his entourage driving him to a nearby hospital.
Police arrived at the scene of the shooting and found blood and bullet casings on the sidewalk. When they went to the hospital to question YG, he was allegedly "very uncooperative."
