Tunic Announce North American Tour in Support of 'Wrong Dream'

They'll be hitting Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa and more this May

Winnipeg's Tunic have announced a North American tour that'll take them across Canada and the United States this May, in support of their upcoming third full-length Wrong Dream

The trio will play a run of shows in Ontario, including Toronto and Ottawa, before playing Montreal, Saskatoon, Edmonton and Calgary.

Wrong Dream is the follow-up to 2021's Quitter, and it finds the band opening their sound to new textures and tones, adding bass and keyboards for the first time in the writing process. It was recorded and mixed at Machines with Magnets by Seth Manchester (METZ, the Body, Liturgy, Lightning Bolt).

"The biggest breakthroughs came from me trying to break out of my shell," the group's David Schellenberg said in a statement at the time of the album's announcement. "It's an evolution in songwriting that really shows our versatility in a way we haven't done yet."
