Earlier this year, we learned that the Weeknd was giving a boost to young creatives in Toronto through his involvement with talent incubation space HXOUSE. Now, the singer has announced a headlining performance in the city to celebrate the space's launch.
As part of "Open HXOUSE," the Weeknd will perform at Toronto's Rebel on November 6, taking the stage alongside his XO crewmate NAV, Bryson Tiller and the Neighbourhood.
The concert follows two days of programming that will bring "high-level creatives" to the city's Artscape Daniels Launchpad development on Queen's Quay.
A first panel on November 5 will feature a conversation on visual identity, featuring Nabil, Daniel Arsham, Matthew Williams and White Trash Tyler.
A second panel on November 6 will see Swizz Beatz moderate a panel on "Breaking Through in the Music Industry," featuring Halsey, Boi-1da, WondaGurl, Cash, OPN and Mustafa the Poet.
Tickets for the show are available now and can be purchased here. Further details on Open HXOUSE can be found through the event's official website.
