After taking listeners to The Ends last year, the OBGMs are now bringing their unbridled Band Practice to the wide world of podcasts.

Having launched the show independently last December, the Toronto trio have now taken Band Practice to the Heavy Network, with new episodes slated to arrive each Friday.

Band Practice is said to find vocalist/guitarist Densil McFarlane, bassist Joseph Brosnan and drummer Cola H. giving listeners a "no holds barred look" at "music, culture and life as they know it." As the opening theme poetically puts it, "If you want to hear guys talking shit with their friends, come to Band Practice with the OBGMs."

To mark the occasion, today's episode features PUP vocalist Stefan Babcock, who both worked with the band on The Ends and sang their praises in the Exclaim! Questionnaire earlier this year. You can find a clip of the episode below, in which the four talk imposter syndrome, awards shows and hating bandmates.

Full episodes of Band Practice can be found on Spotify and Apple Podcasts. In January, the OBGMs remixed The Ends opener "Outsah" with help from OxymorronsClairmont The Second and femdot.
