The Hold Steady have been teasing a "Constructive Summer" string of residencies to mark the 10th anniversary of Stay Positive, and details have finally been revealed.
The band will set up shop in three different cities this summer — Philadelphia, San Francisco and Toronto.
Following a one-off show in Jersey City, they'll head to Philadelphia for shows at Union Transfer on July 26 and 27, followed by a show at Asbury Lanes on July 28. They'll then head to San Francisco to play the Great American Music Hall on August 2 and 3, followed by an August 4 set at Rickshaw Stop.
Finally, the Hold Steady will return to reclaim the Horseshoe Tavern in Toronto for four nights, playing September 12, 13, 14 and 15.

The Hold Steady previously bunkered down for a four-night run at the 'Shoe back in 2014. The band also recently took their 2006 album Boys & Girls in America out on the road for its own 10th anniversary tour — complete with the return of keyboardist Franz Nicolay.
