The latest season of True Detective wrapped up this weekend (February 19), and HBO marked the occasion by releasing the show's official soundtrack. It includes seven tracks from Tanya Tagaq, who also made her acting debut in the show.

The True Detective: Night Country soundtrack is primarily composed by Vince Pope. Of the 28 tracks, Tagaq is a featured guest on six of them (including the song from the end titles); she additionally receives sole credit for the track "Tanya's Lullaby."

Tagaq appeared as a doula in the show, which is set in Alaska. She told CBC's Q back in January, "The camera started rolling and I got shivers from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet because [Jodie Foster] transformed. I'm sorry, I can almost hardly talk about it, because it just blew my mind!"
