Personality Crisis' 'Creatures for Awhile' Treated to Vinyl Reissue

Personality Crisis made their full-length debut with 1983's Creatures for Awhile before disbanding the following year. Now, it's been announced that the piece of Winnipeg punk history will be getting the vinyl reissue treatment.

Initially released by San Francisco-based label Risky Records, the new pressing of Creatures for Awhile will arrive June 18 through Porterhouse Records, who will also release the record digitally.

Unlike previous reissues from 1983 and 2009, the forthcoming Creatures for Awhile reissue features audio remastered for vinyl and all-original artwork, and will first be available in an edition of 250 pieces pressed to black vinyl.

Porterhouse reveal in a press release that more vinyl variants will arrive in the future, while plans are in the works to celebrate the album's 40th anniversary in 2023.
