In 1990, the New Kids on the Block embarked on the Magic Summer Tour. Now, more than three decades later, they're doing it all over again by announcing the Magic Summer 2024 Tour.
The tour, which runs from July to August next year, includes lots of US stops plus a lone Canadian date at Toronto's Budweiser Stage on August 17. They will be joined on the road by openers Paula Abdul and DJ Jazzy Jeff.
UPDATE (11/7, 9:05 a.m. ET): Due to high demand, NKOTB have added a second Toronto show, which you can find in bold below. Tickets go on sale Friday (November 10) at 10 a.m. local.
The 1990 tour incorporated magic and illusions into the concert, and this will presumably be the same. "The true 'magic' of this tour is in the music, the moments and the memories that we get to create — and recreate — with our amazing fans each night," said Donnie Wahlberg in a statement. "Feeling all the nostalgic feels of the original Magic Summer, with the bond that we've shared throughout the years, will make for a most magical time indeed."
A fan club presale will take place on Wednesday (November 1), followed by additional presales throughout the week prior to the general on-sale date on Friday (November 3) at 10 a.m. local time.
