Kofi has new music on the way. The Scarborough rapper-producer has announced his new EP Just to Piss You Off is out on March 24 via Red Bull Records.
The six-track project follows 2022's full-length release Why Not? as Kofi's latest. He's already dropped three singles leading up to the EP's release; "Uninvited" and the Afro R&B duet with Nonso Amadi "I'm Yours" came out late last year. Latest single "Mine," a collaboration with Vancouver rapper Boslen, arrives with an accompanying music video, which you can watch below.
The sultry single sees Kofi struggle with a dependency on substances in a relationship, rapping: "Girl, let me drink till I love you again / I still hate you sober / Sorry I'm lost in my feelings again, I'll be back when the drugs take over."
Boslen and Nonso Amadi's guest appearances are the first of several on Just to Piss You Off. Ghanaian singer Kuami Eugene and viral Toronto rapper Dom Vallie also contribute to the EP — whose tracklist you can find below.
