Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have become new parents once again, welcoming their fourth child earlier today.
The new babe was born via surrogate, like their third child was last year.
The rapper and reality star's latest addition to the family joins siblings North (age 5), Saint (age 3) and Chicago (age 1).
West and Kardashian have yet to reveal the new baby's name, but Kardashian did make a announcement that it's a boy — and apparently, "he's perfect."
She added that he looks very similar to Chicago, though "I'm sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."
