JUNO-nominated, Prism Prize winner Kalle Mattson has announced a brand new project with his childhood friend Andrew Sowka called summersets. Today they share their debut single "anywhere you go" under the new moniker.
The track was produced by Jim Bryson, and arrives today alongside a new lyric video with serious vintage appeal. Their new offering comes as the first in a series of tracks that have "the warm lush feel and melodic harmonies of some of the classic late '60s, early '70s singer-songwriters."
Mattson's new project follows the release of his latest solo album, 2018's Youth. He wrapped up his "Road to Riverfest Tour" with Bryson last year.
