If you've always wished Van Halen wailer David Lee Roth would go country, you are a unique individual, but then again, you're wish has just been granted. Roth has shared a new song called "Giddy-Up," and it's indeed a country jam — or at least by Roth standards.
The country-styled song was comes alongside Roth's interactive online comic book, The Roth Project, which was drawn and written by the singer last fall. Among the new songs that came with the project is "Giddy-Up," and we can now properly check it out outside the comic.
The song was co-written and recorded with guitarist/bassist John 5. Other The Roth Project originals include "Somewhere over the Rainbow Bar and Grill," "Alligator Pants," "Lo-Rez Sunset" and "Manda Bala."
