Neil Young and Joni Mitchell's revered catalogues may finally be back on Spotify, but with the JUNO Awards happening this weekend, we're thinking about the next generation of CanCon icons — and you can get acquainted with some of them with the week's best new Canadian music.

Vancouver's dark wave dilettantes ACTORS return with "In Real Life," buzzy Toronto rapper Akintoye teams up with Abhi the Nomad, and Tei Shi continues to build the hyper for her new album Valerie with "No Falta."

This week in album releases, we have the highly anticipated self-titled debut LP from Scarborough's sweetheart LOONY, as well as new full-lengths from Parlour Panther (Bloom), Close Talker and Denim Daddies. There's also a new EP from Kaleah Lee.

Elsewhere, latest Dine Alone signee ASKO debuts with "nisis," and Motorists return, while Exclaim! New Faves alumni Edwin Raphael celebrate five years of their debut album, and Softcult preview a new EP. Stefana Fratila also has a I want to leave this Earth behind remix collection on the way.

The future is looking pretty bright with The Eh! List below, presented by Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters — all Canadian and proud of it!
