Half Moon Run Unveil New Album 'A Blemish in the Great Light'

They've also mapped out North American and European tour dates

Half Moon Run have revealed plans for their next studio album. The record is called A Blemish in the Great Light, and it's due out November 1 via Crystal Math in Canada and Glassnote elsewhere. To go along with the record, the Montreal-based band have also mapped out an extensive tour.

The album artwork is pictured above, and the full tracklisting can be found below. You can also stream the lead single "Flesh and Blood."

"I think this album still has the sound people expect from us, balanced with more experimentation," multi-instrumentalist Dylan Phillips said in a statement. "We've been diving deep into some styles that we haven't necessarily explored before. Things get a little heavier, a little harder."

Half Moon Run will take the new material on the road this fall and into the new year. They've just announced a new run of North American shows with support from Taylor Janzen, and the trek hits up various Canadian cities.
