After previously sharing the stage back in 2017, Half Moon Run have announced another pair of performances with the Montreal Symphony Orchestra (OSM) for next spring.
"Some of you will remember — we performed with the OSM back in 2017," the band wrote on Instagram, announcing the news. "Those shows felt transcendent, and live now in our memories as two of the best days of our lives. What an absolute THRILL to be 'getting the band back together,' which includes Blair Thompson, the same genius arranger we worked with last time."
It goes without saying that a lot has transpired since 2017: Half Moon Run have put out two albums (2019's A Blemish in the Great Light and last year's Salt) and a few EPs, as well as having parted ways with Isaac Symonds in 2020.
HFM x OSM goes down at Montreal's Maison Symphonique on May 13 and 14, and tickets are on sale now. Check out the band's announcement in full below.
